AEC marketers are expected to perform at 150 percent, even in leaner times. As 2020 taught us, it’s more important than ever to be good stewards of company resources and be as competitive as possible to build business.
As marketers and business developers, it is often necessary to be as resourceful as possible when budgets are trimmed, staff is maxed or if they are a team of one. In this session, we will cover best practices to repurposing and/or recycling your company’s marketing and content assets, including how to establish a smart content strategy, how to maximize your inventory, how to obtain ideas from multiple stakeholders, and how to best apply these tools in-house.
Our goal: to challenge the audience to think smarter not harder, and to do more with less, no matter the size of the team.
