Tony Jacobs, AIA is a managing partner at Studium, an architect-led design-build firm. Since the firm’s founding in 2012 Tony has used his love of fermentation and design to assist in the growth and development of several breweries in Wichita and beyond. Notable projects include Nortons, Aero Plains, Walnut River PourHouse, Central Standard Brewing, Hopping Gnome, Wichita Brewing Venue, Piatto Neapolitan Pizzeria, and the new Creamery at Elderslie Farm.
