About the Presenter:
Vicki Flesher
InterAct Training Group
Vicki brings nearly twenty years of specialized experience to her clients. Leading businesses have established a partnership with Vicki and InterAct Training Group to optimize organizational team work, employee performance, and overall profitability.
Vicki designs and delivers training in a variety of topic areas which include supervisory skills, management and leadership development, customer service, business development, and train the trainer. Understanding that the point of training is to help individuals change their behaviors, Vicki positions training as a process to companies, rather than an event. She works with leaders in the organization to define desired outcomes and then to create training plans to achieve the defined outcomes.
Vicki also has a coaching practice where she works with mid-level managers, business development professionals, and emerging leaders to address development plan or behavioral issues. She serves as an executive coach, as well, to small business owners to help them think through tough organizational issues and make strategic decisions.
Providing community interaction and beneficial networking resources, Vicki has participated in both national and local organizations. These include the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Wichita Chamber of Commerce, where Vicki has served as an Ambassador. Vicki earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas.
